Shipping & Returns


There are no shipping fees when orders are picked up from our clinic. If home delivery is available, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Please be advised that shipping is done by a third party delivery company and some delivery companies do not deliver on some rural roads, in these cases your order will be sent to the nearest pick-up depot in your local area.

Orders that are shipped to our clinic can be picked up during our office hours within two business days of shipment arriving at the clinic, you will be sent an email when the order is ready for pick up.


Please inspect your order on the day you receive it.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In situations where you consider a product to be defective or damaged, please contact us at 204-661-2183 right away with the description of the product, the defect/damage, and the order number, and date of purchase. 

If the clinic is not contacted within 4 business days of the order delivery date, and you intend to proceed with a return/exchange, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. 

All dog and cat foods are 100% guaranteed by our partner food companies and can only be returned for the following reasons: 

1. QUALITY – if there is a problem with the quality of the product. 
2. SAFETY - if a bag is torn before you get it or the product is defective. 

All items must be returned to the clinic in the original packaging to be considered for exchange or refund. If items are not in the original packaging or are used, the item will not be exchanged or returned. We may ask for pictures of items before considering a return. All returns and exchanges are subject to review. We will provide details on what will be considered for a refund based on the item.
